Tokyo-based outdoors label nanamica and Converse have once again joined forces. The two brands first linked in 2023, celebrating Converse‘s 115th anniversary with a limited-edition navy-colored All Star constructed out of GORE-TEX fabrics.
Over a year and a half later, nanamica and Converse have unveiled a new edition of the All-Star. This pair is similarly outfitted for the outdoors with another All Star nanamica GORE-TEX HI, this time, in a cream shade.
The GORE-TEX upper of the shoe is entirely cotton, treated to be water repellant. The rubber sole and toe are just a shade darker, giving the sneaker a sleek monochromatic look.
The Converse All Star nanamica GORE-TEX HI is priced at ¥22,000 JDY ($153 USD). The shoe will launch online and at select nanamica locations on September 27.
