While many headlines surrounding the Air Jordan 1 Low OG have centered around the many Travis Scott-designed colorways to come, Jordan Brand is continuing to supply its fans with plenty of in-line launches as well. In addition to the return of the “Shadow” colorway, which is expected to drop this May, another color composition of black, white and grey has been assembled across the low-top sneaker with the introduction of the “Barons” look.
Spotted via early in-hand imagery, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Barons” revisits its high-top counterpart’s colorway of the same name, which previously landed on shelves in 2014. A combination of “White,” “Black” and “Wolf Grey” covers the sneaker. Looking first at its leather upper, its base is served in white while the overlays favor grey and black arrives courtesy of the laces, Swooshes and heel tab. Additional hits of white come in at the tongue, midsole and the heel’s Wings logo while grey rounds things out at the rubber outsole.
At the time of writing, Jordan Brand has not shared when this “Barons” iteration of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG will be dropping. Stay tuned for updates, including the shoe’s official reveal, as we currently expect the new colorway to land on shelves starting on July 13 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $140 USD.
