Following a tasteful collaboration with nonnative, Japanese footwear label Mizuno has released a trail-ready iteration to its popular Wave Mujin silhouette.
The Wave Mujin TL GTX boasts all the qualities of its predecessor, but switching out the leather upper in place of a technical thermo-transfer layering technique. Complementing the base are ripstop mesh and synthetic leather accents, while sturdy GORE-TEX gives the shoe waterproof capabilities and a collaboration with Michelin completes the rubber outsole.
Playing in line with Mizuno’s SS24 Sportstyle collection, “Down to Earth”, the shoe is available in three neutral and vibrant colorways that are inspired by the muted tones found in nature. Never ones to sacrifice utility for style, Mizuno’s latest sneakers offer supreme comfort and performance across the streets and off the beaten path.
Those looking to purchase, the Wave Mujin TL GTX retails for $205 USD at select retailers, such as HHV and Slam Jam, and is available in “Black”, “Sage”, “Quite Shade”, “Mojave Desert” and “Vintage Indigo.”
