Jordan Brand is gearing up several of its Air Jordan silhouettes for this year’s Paris Olympic Games. Earlier this year it was revealed that the Air Jordan 6 would be revisiting its “Olympic” look that first released in the year 2000 while last week we caught a first look at an Air Jordan 4 “Paris Olympics” pair. Adding to the excitement, we now have a first look at the previously-rumored Air Jordan 6 “Paris Olympics.”
While depicted via mock-up above, we now have our first in-hand look at the pair via the Instagram gallery that is embedded below. This reveal sees the Air Jordan 6 prepared with a white upper in what looks to be suede that is joined by “Metallic Gold” detailing at the midsole and the lace lock. White also appears at the heel tab and a portion of the midsole while a semi-translucent outsole rounds things out.
At the time of writing, we’ve yet to hear from Jordan Brand regarding its release procedure for this “Paris Olympics” colorway of the Air Jordan 6. Stay tuned for updates, including additional previews of the sneaker, as we currently expect it to land on shelves on August 7 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers around a starting price of $200 USD.
