Diving into the new year, Ye has spared no time in rolling out his latest works. He led off the year with a new teaser of his upcoming album, BULLY and was quick to follow that with a “530” music video featuring AI-generated visuals. Meanwhile, his latest shots at adidas, which included calling out Jerry Lorenzo, were followed by yesterday’s launch of the $20 USD YZY SL-01. Ye went on to reveal that the surprise drop of the slip-on generated over $3 million USD in revenue in just over a day’s time.

Now, he’s back with yet another footwear unveiling, presenting the YZY line’s new BL-01, aka “The Bullys.” The preview depicts a chunky, unbranded sneaker that does not featuring a lacing system at its mesh and nubuck upper. An all-black finish is used once again as the shoe sees a sizable midsole backed by a ripple outsole to complete the initial preview. It will be interesting to see if he’s somehow able to maintain the $20 USD price point of the store’s other products with the eventual launch of the BL-01.

At the time of writing, Ye has not yet indicated when the YZY BL-01 will be made available for sale. Look out for it to drop at any moment as it’s likely to arrive via the YZY SPLY website sometime this year.
