Jerry Lorenzo and his Fear of God label have been hard at work with adidas for years, and only last year did their efforts culminate in the official launch of the two’s Fear of God Athletics line. With the II Basketball silhouette having just dropped, Lorenzo took to Instagram to tease what fans can expect next year as he unveiled a Fear of God x adidas Jabbar High project.

adidas brought back Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s signature shoe earlier this season and it looks like the Three Stripes has plenty more planned for the sneaker. Our brief preview of the duo’s take on the shoe sees it don a white, off-white and green color scheme. It boasts premium Made in Italy craftmanship, as noted by the tongue’s interior, while a portrait of Jerry Lorenzo appears at the other side of the tongue alongside co-branding and “endorsed by” text. As for the heel tab, it features the traditional Trefoil logo as a debossed detail.

At the time of writing, neither Fear of God nor adidas have indicated when this collaborative take on the Jabbar High will be landing on shelves. Stay tuned for updates, including a complete set of visuals featuring the new colorway, as we currently expect it to drop at some point during 2025 via adidas and select retailers.
