Gearing up for winter, HOKA has unearthed two new models: the Kaha 2 Frost GTX & Kaha 2 Frost Moc GTX.
Kaha 2 Frost GTX is HOKA’s new hiking boots updated with 400 grams of insulation that ensures feet are toasty and warm in the snow. Implemented with a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, the boots are also cushioned with dual-density CMEA midsoles, complete with HUBBLE® and SwallowTail™ heels to absorb impact.
All of this sits atop a Vibram® Megagrip outsole for improved grip on rough terrains. Retailing for $280 USD, the Kaha 2 Frost GTX is available in men’s and women sizings, spanning four colorways: “Black,” “Honey/Wheat,” “Quartzite/Cosmic Pearl” and “Oat Milk/Sesame.”
As for the Kaha 2 Frost Moc GTX, the shoe comes in a plush and slip-on-ready fit that’s so cozy, that even HOKA themselves liken it to a sleeping bag for the feet. Quilted panels are incorporated to give it its puffy look and excellent insulation, while the soft stretch-fleece top collar completes the package with a snug touch. This is combined with a quick-lace toggle, water-repellent GORE-TEX membrane and trail-ready Vibram® Megagrip rubber outsole allows this shoe to be just as functional as it is cozy.
Priced at $200 USD, the Kaha 2 Frost Moc GTX is offered in Black/Outer Orbit,” “Cosmic Pearl/Quartzite,” “Oat Milk/Sesame,” “Black/Black” and “Honey/Wheat.” In the U.K. region, a sage green-hued “Succulent/Aloe Vera” variant is also available in both men’s and women’s sizings.
All aforementioned models are currently available to shop via HOKA’s official webstores.
