Atlanta-based boutique A Ma Maniére is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and has teamed up with Nike for an expansive range of footwear underneath a new “While You Were Sleeping” theme — one that is to be accompanied by a film that is teased in the Instagram post that is embedded below. Not only is it working with Nike for this project, but its Jordan Brand and Converse subsidiaries too, making it just the second time ever that a collaborator is involving all three for one collection, as Virgil Abloh’s Off-White™ did so in 2017 with its legendary “THE TEN” campaign.

While we await a complete set of imagery for each pair, AMM has provided some details to serve as a primer. Starting with the Air Jordan 3, which we previously spotted and discussed as the “Black/Violet Ore” colorway, it actually sports the “W.Y.W.S.” name that all six pairs carry and revisits the first retro model AMM collaborated on with Jordan Brand. Channeling a sense of luxury, the color palette offers a refined finish with its “Flat Pewter” and “Violet Ore” detailing. From there, the Air Jordan 4, another pair that we discussed teasers of leading up to this reveal, is said to stand as a “testament to resilience and creativity” as premium suede covers its upper. The new Air Jordan 39 completes the Jordan Brand inclusions and is symbolic of AMM and Nike’s boundary-pushing attitude, weaving royal mauve coloring across the performance-oriented sneaker.

As for Nike’s involvement, it allowed AMM to again rework the Air Force 1 Low, the first Nike model it got its hand on for a collaboration back in 2019. No clear details have been shared, however, it is said to feature “unique elements that pay homage to A Ma Maniére’s roots and evolution, making it a must-have.” The other Nike model AMM took on is the Air Max 95, which we caught a first look at back during Paris Fashion Week in January. It, similar to the AJ39, sees a royal mauve palette spread across the AM95’s intricate layers as subtle branding appears at the lateral toe. Rounding out the range, AMM’s Converse collaboration sees the low-top version of the Weapon presented in off-white and soft brown hues, with what looks to be an AMM branding hit at the lateral heel.

Release begins with the Air Jordan 3 “W.Y.W.S.,” which is set to arrive exclusively via A Ma Maniére online and in-store on August 20 at a price of $225 USD. Stay tuned for updates, including a preview of complementary apparel from the duo, as all six pairs should hit shelves by the end of the year.
