Travis Scott and Jordan Brand are taking their partnership to the next level this year by introducing Scott’s first signature shoe with the label. The Jordan Jumpman Jack has appeared in two different looks previously, with the “Sail” colorway releasing after his appearance at this year’s GRAMMY Awards. Now, amidst the NBA All-Star Weekend festivities that just went down, a third pair has surfaced.
Spotted on the feet of Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, a “Thunder Blue” iteration of the Jordan Jumpman Jack offers a black and blue color arrangement on the new silhouette. The sneaker once again utilizes a material composition of a textile base, leather overlays and suede Swooshes. Its lateral Swoosh has been reversed in typical Travis Scott x Jordan Brand fashion while the Cactus Jack face logo hits the heel. Its “Thunder Blue” detailing appears at the base while black stretches across the overlays, including the midfoot strap that sports bright blue embroidery.
At the time of writing, we’ve yet to hear from Jordan Brand and Travis Scott regarding the launch of Scott’s Jordan Jumpman Jack, including this “Thunder Blue” colorway. Stay tuned for updates as it’s likely to arrive via Nike SNKRS and select retailers later this year at a price of $200 USD.
