Summary

  • Introduced last year, the New Balance ABZORB 2000 is a sleek runner that continues to embrace new palettes
  • This time around, two gradients grace the sneaker, combining a variety of hues with silver detailing
  • Both pairs are expected to drop soon via New Balance and select retailers at a price of $170 USD

When New Balance was rolling out the ABZORB 2000 sneaker last year, it was clear that the silhouette would become a staple for its lifestyle category. One year later, the American sportswear brand continues to reinterpret the intricate canvas.

Up next for the New Balance ABZORB 2000 is a set of gradient colorways. Pictured first is a soft pink-to-purple upper that is covered in silver geometry and a lateral “N” logo. Supporting the sneaker is an ABZORB-based sole unit that combines dark brown with silver at the center and black at the outsole. As for its partner pair, it shifts between pink, yellow, and green throughout its upper. The same silver notes are present while the tooling wedges the eye-catching gray hue between green. From there, black completes the structure at its bottommost layer.

At the time of writing, New Balance has not yet indicated when these two gradient-equipped iterations of the ABZORB 2000 sneaker will be dropping. Stay tuned for updates, including any additional colorways, as we currently expect these two iterations of the runner to hit shelves soon via New Balance and select retailers at a starting price of $170 USD.
